Delta offer one to one training in the comfort of your own home or utilising the outdoors such as the local park. Our one to one training offers the chance for our clients to achieve maximal fitness objectives whilst maintaining focus and mindset in the quickest possible time.

Our personal trainers can help you discover and establish a structured fitness routine that is not just motivating but achieves results fast. We do set realistic expectations and we’ll measure those expectations against your attitude to exercise, nutrition and the time available to you to ensure that your goals are achievable and life changing.

Our fitness sessions will range from 45 minutes to 1 hour and we provided the latest home exercise equipment so all you have to do is to ensure sufficient space along with bringing a “can do” mindset.

At each session after consultation we will arrive at your home which is ideal for those who are feeling shy about their shape or fitness level and for this reason prefer not to join their local health club.
