Delta Fitness Professionals offer a tailored approach to company wellness, delivered by a team of diverse and experienced professionals. We offer a range of services, tailor-made to the needs of your office. These services come together to create a complete life-style solution, providing employees with a wellness offering such as fitness testing and programme building for sedentary lifestyles. We also help to cater to potential "HR hot-spot" areas like pregnancy in the workplace, disability and rehabilitation, or managing stress.

How it works

We focus on either personalised 1-2-1 training, or group training by running classes to cater to a larger group of employees. Our services can also be tailored around the facilities available in the office- where there are showers and changing facilities, we can offer the broad range of cardio vascular services (Boxing, Running, Weights), or alternatively focus on ‘less sweaty’ options (Yoga, Massage, Reflexology, Nutrition etc.)

We offer 15 minute fitness assessments including Vo2 Max, blood glucose, lifestyle consulting, generic fitness level assessment and much more.

We offer our services on a day or part day basis. This can be broken down into sessions of between 20 minutes and 1 hours, which helps to allow more people in an office the chance to share in the benefit. All sessions can be paid for in full or part subsidised by the employer, with the employee paying the balance if needed. It all depends on the needs of the office, your budgets, and what you're looking to achieve.
